HDI is seeking to fill a Nurse Coordinator. This position is through a contract and is within DBHDID/1915iRISE initiative. This Nurse Coordinator position will work as a Nurse Coordinator/RM (Risk Management) and the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Regular work-related travel is a requirement of this position. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
