Position Overview: The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support and executing a wide range of HR functions to support the growing needs of our organization. A successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. They will handle routine HR tasks, assist in the recruitment and hiring process, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. The HR Generalist will be a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day HR operations, support various HR projects, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives. Core Responsibilities: Employee Relations – 20%

About You Our ideal HR Generalist is a dedicated HR professional with a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and/or over 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. They possess strong communication and organizational skills, coupled with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices. This individual is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion, making them a reliable and proactive asset to the ASHwell HR team. They should be able to work effectively with ASHwell's diverse staff and seamlessly fit into our inclusive and collaborative culture. Their proficiency in HR software and familiarity with compliance requirements further equip them to support our dynamic and growing organization effectively. Required Qualifications:
