Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable job in Forth Worth

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Accounting department as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) at Alivio Pain & Injury Recovery Center.

Job Duties:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries
• Assist in month-end closing procedures
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
