About the Role: We are looking for an experienced, AI-fluent account management leader to lead a team responsible for renewals, retention, cross-selling, pricing strategy, and growth across a high-value subscription book of business. As Director, Account Management, you will lead a team and help raise the bar on execution across a complex customer portfolio. You will lead a disciplined account management motion focused on renewals, retention, cross-selling, and long-term customer value, while partnering cross-functionally to deliver a strong customer experience. You are a commercially minded, data-driven, AI-fluent people leader who brings structure to ambiguity and knows how to focus teams on the highest-impact work. You combine strong commercial judgment with a rigorous approach to execution, and you know how to coach teams to use customer diagnostics, thoughtful planning, and data-backed decision-making to drive results. Location: This position supports remote work and should be based near one of our U.S. East Coast office locations or in-person hybrid at our Carlsbad, CA location. What Youll Do
