POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher / Form Setter to join our crew. This position performs skilled work in building, setting, and aligning formwork for sidewalks, driveways, ramps, curbs, gutters, and other concrete structures. You will prepare, place, screed, and finish concrete to spec, ensuring correct grade, slope, and quality. Work is hands-on, outdoors year-round, and requires precision, physical strength, and safe operation of tools and equipment. YOUR ROLE
WHAT YOU BRING
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Work is performed outdoors year-round in all conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and other harsh weather. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Regularly lifts up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance while handling formwork, tools, and materials. Must tolerate dust, noise, and vibration common to construction environments. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS May require travel within Texas. Overnight or out-of-town stays may be needed based on project location. PRE-SCREEN Upon offer, employees will be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen. BENEFITS
