The Recruiting Assistant works within a collaborative team to support campus firm-wide recruitment efforts. This role will report to the Recruiting Manager. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Provide firm-wide recruitment support across all offices. This position supports full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding. Provide candidate scheduling and coordination support from first rounds through candidate debriefs, handles candidate communications and logistics as well as manages the collection of interviewer feedback. Communicate both written and verbally with candidates, hiring committees, and campus partners. Manage the applicant tracking system, monitor recruiter inbox, and oversee applicant tracking/applicant flow processes in real time. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires including but not limited to offer letter generation, initiation of background check, and review of results and completeness. Play an integral part in recruiting event planning and execution. Enhance processes to ensure seamless candidate experience through each stage of the recruitment process. Process and track invoices. Respond to candidate inquiries via email and phone. Assist in the planning and execution of the summer internship program. Collaborate with broader HR team on strategic projects and initiatives. No direct reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Strong academic credentials preferred. An ideal candidate has 0-3 years of post-undergraduate work experience. Exposure to recruiting in a professional services environment preferred. Able to juggle multiple assignments at once in a fast-paced environment. Team player, flexibility to contribute wherever needed. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred. Exposure to applicant tracking and interview scheduling software preferred, experience with iCIMS and/or Yello is a plus.
