Senior Manager Equity Administration - 796 We are seeking a Senior Manager Equity Administration in our Broomfield, CO,location. All employees should work at their assigned location; however, this role may offer the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week, with approval. As Senior Manager Equity Administration, you will play a critical role in our overall equity function and provide crucial support in managing and evolving our equity programs. In this role, you will assist in the administration of equity programs, help build critical processes and systems, and be a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, HR, and Payroll teams. You will also assist in equity accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with communication and collaboration skills, and deep experience in equity administration. Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits: Incentive Eligible - Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable The pay range for this role is $163,000 - $204,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate's skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
