Job Description The mission of the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) is to educate, train, and inspire men and women to become leaders of character, motivated to lead the United States Air Force in service to our nation. The Center for Character & Leadership Development (CCLD) plays a pivotal role in the USAFA mission by developing, administering, and assessing programs designed to promote leadership and character scholarship. The USAFA Outdoor Leadership Complex (OLC) is a key leadership instruction tool, providing learning in carefully controlled high-stress environments. Position Responsibilities: Aleut is searching for an enthusiastic and experienced experiential-based learning (EBL) instructor with a solid safety record who can provide experiential-based leadership instruction to USAFA permanent party members, cadets, and external Department of Defense (DoD) customers.
