Located in Greater Boston, MassBay is a comprehensive, open-access community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts. Position Summary: The ideal candidate will join a vibrant and inclusive educational community,and have a desire and ability to work with a diverse population. This is apart-time, non-unit position with no benefits. The Seasonal Admissions Representative will support the MassBayCommunity College Admissions Office during peak seasons leading up to the startof each term. The work will includeassisting with email communications, processing documents and admissionsrelated materials. Daily responsibilities include responding to e-mails,processing, imaging, and filing Admissions documents, entering data intoMassBay's PeopleSoft Student Information System and DocuWare imaging system,and working collaboratively with Admissions staff members and other collegedepartments to resolve student needs.
