Job Description: As a Principal Engineer/Scientist on the RS3 UAS Contract, you will be a senior leader in the design, development, and implementation of advanced engineering and scientific solutions for unmanned aerial systems (UAS). This high-level role requires you to apply your extensive experience to lead and drive technical strategies, ensuring project goals are met with the highest standards of quality and security. You will be responsible for overseeing complex tasks, performing in-depth technical analysis, and providing leadership to a team of engineers and scientists. Your role will include mentoring junior staff and helping shape the overall technical direction of the project. A Secret Clearance is required for this role to operate securely within the contract's parameters. Education and Experience:
