TRIO SSS Project Manager Pitt-Bradford is seeking a dedicated Program Manager/Director of its TRIO SSS program. As the TRIO SSS Program Manager/Director, you will play a pivotal role in empowering first generation or low-income students, and students with disabilities to achieve their academic and personal goals. This is a 12-month, full-time staff position reporting to the Assistant Dean of Academic Success. This position is entirely grant funded, and is contingent on the support of TRIO center funding for continued employment. Hiring Range: $50,000 to 65,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Join us in fostering a community where every student can thrive! Job Summary Provides direction, oversight, and goal-development for the Student Support Services program and assigned units. Oversees programs and services, advises student groups, and performs various budgetary functions. Essential Functions • Provide comprehensive advising to TRIO SSS participants • Administer and evaluate TRIO SSS grant program services and systems, fiscal expenditures and annual reports. • Supervise, recruit and evaluate three staff members • Manage the selection, identification, and notification processes of TRIO participants • Act as primary TRIO SSS contact for the United States Department of Education Physical Effort Primarily sedentary position. Incumbent must be able to navigate campus, including utilizing stairs or elevator to access the math center located on the second floor of Hanley library.
