Job SummaryThe Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Camp Maintenance Supervisor to support the North Central 4-H Camp. This key position plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for youth, staff, and visitors. The Camp Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for conducting regular inspections of all camp facilities-including buildings, infrastructure, and grounds-to evaluate their condition, determine maintenance and repair needs, and perform hands-on repair and maintenance work as needed. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential in supporting both the operational and community-facing aspects of this role. This position supports Kentucky 4-H's mission to provide meaningful youth development experiences, fostering belonging, mastery, independence, and generosity in all young people. The Camp Maintenance Supervisor will be an integral part of delivering a high-quality camp experience by maintaining facilities that are safe, efficient, and ready for use by a wide variety of on-site groups and programs.
