Carilion Clinic Requisition Number: 151190 Employment Status: Regular Part Time Shift: Day/Evening Shift Details: Day/Evening, Two 12hr shifts/week. Every Other Weekend, Rotating Holidays How You'll Help Transform Healthcare: Coordinates the monitoring transport patient flow throughout CMC. Transports patients independently monitoring the patient's condition en route and during procedures. Monitor and interprets EKG rhythms. Utilizes transportation algorithm to determine appropriate follow-up for emergent and /or urgent patient needs.
What We Require: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: One year of direct patient care and monitoring experience required. Licensure, certification, and/or registration: None required. EMT or NA preferred. Must successfully complete orientation and competency validation for position. Basic monitoring course or challenge, NA course or challenge. Life Support: AHA BLS-HCP required. Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills required. Advanced-monitoring education successfully completed as directed by the department. Basic Computer skills & knowledge of micro-soft office suites. About Carilion This is Carilion Clinic ...
