REI is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the equipment maintenance for Thermal operations in our Lawrenceville facility, which is a 24/7 operation. In this fast-paced environment, the Maintenance Supervisor will lead our maintenance team, provide technical support to team member on a variety of instrumentation and equipment, and manage all documentation relating to maintenance. The Maintenance Supervisor will also maintain a safe work environment for all employees, schedule, approve, and review maintenance work orders, and create/review/approve SOPs for maintenance of new and existing equipment. Qualifications Skills Behaviors : Motivations : Education Preferred Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field. Experience RequiredMust have good problem-solving skills to resolve moderately complex problems using operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Must have good communication (verbal and written) skills, along with demonstrated positive leadership skills with experience in teambuilding/motivating practices to support company initiatives.
