We currently operate in-office Monday-Thursday, with an optional remote day on Friday. The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in driving profitability for the organization. The analyst engages with stakeholders to create and manage delivery of analysis, reporting and data solutions throughout the organization. He / She develops analyses driven by both data and industry/company insights and presents a rich set of alternatives for decisions. The analyst will develop budgets, forecasts and reporting required to review progress towards targets. What You Bring to the Team
The hiring range for this position in Mesa, AZ is $65,000 - $85,000. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors. An annual incentive may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
