Talent Development and Coaching • Develop and implement a talent management strategy for Quality and CX through effective recruiting, hiring, retention and development of key skill sets that align with MSA's core competencies. Qualifications Special Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Required:
Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, technical or relevant discipline, preferably from an ABET-Accredited college or university. • This position is available at two different career levels based upon individual qualifications, experience, and education: o Level one: At least 8 years relevant experience. o Level two: At least 10 years relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years experience in direct staff management. o MS degree may be substituted for up to 2 years of relevant experience; PhD may be substituted for up to 4 years. #LI-KB1 #LI-ONSITE MSA is committed to the principles of equal employment opportunity and to providing a workplace that is free from unlawful discrimination.
