NV Energy Position Title: Senior HR Compliance Analyst Job ID: 107038 Location: Las Vegas, NV Posting Close Date: 05/16/2024 Facility: Pearson Building Department: Emp Relations & HR Compliance Full/Part Time: Full-Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Travel Percentage: None Description: Responsibilities Basic Purpose Manage Company human resources compliance programs including the drug and alcohol testing program and affirmative action planning. Develop and continually seek to improve processes and communications that meet the changing needs of the business and assists in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Company's drug and alcohol policies and programs:
Manage various HR compliance projects and activities such as but not limited to:
Represent human resources in emergency response activities including policy / manual updates, exercise participation, and incident responses. Manage annual preparation of Company affirmative action plans. Work with vendor; analyze and audit data; send data; assist with preparation of written plan; and publish and communicate plan. Coordinate responses from external audits from the OFCCP. Ensure all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understand and comply with all policies, codes, and regulations applicable to position and company. Performs related duties as assigned. Requirements Essential Education, Skills, Environment Bachelor's degree in the area of specialty and 3-5 years of related experience. Candidates that do not have a bachelor's degree must have a minimum of 8 years of related experience. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Demonstrated knowledge of:

Equipment and Applications PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software. Work Environment and Physical Demands General office environment. No special physical demands required. Monthly travel to Reno required as well as driving between facilities in Las Vegas. On-call as needed to cover 24x7 operations which includes nights, weekends and holidays. Outdoor field and site visits may include walking on uneven/unpaved ground, climbing stairs, and other exposures to plant environments. Compensation Annual Salary: $87,600 (Min) to $103,100 (Mid); Up to 12% Short Term Incentive Plan target opportunity at the discretion of the company. This is a non-represented position.
